Muffin Tin Monday - Breakfast!

This is my second week trying out the idea of Muffin Tin meals, like the one pictured, for Bubba (I really need to get some fun muffin tins to serve these in, too). This week's theme is Breakfast so here's my plan:

- Banana slices

- Awesome Apple bread bites

- Poptart bites

- Orange slices

- Tortilla toast rollups

- Fried egg rollups
