Super Easy Crockpot Meal!

This is a really easy, make ahead idea that just requires a loaf of bread to make it a complete meal! And the best part, is that each person's meal can be customized!
Crockpot Hobos
(feeds 2-3 people)
1 lb chicken, cut into strips or chunks
4 potatoes, cubed
3 carrots, sliced
All seasons salt
9 pats of butter
cooking spray
Lay out three sheets of foil, 12-18 inches long, shiny sides down. Spray cooking spray on top side of each sheet. Divide your potatoes and carrots between the three sheets and pile the vegetables in the center of each sheet. Divide your chicken between the three sheets and place on top of the veggies. Place three pats of butter on top of each of your three piles of chicken and veggies. Generously season each pile with all seasons salt. Bring two sides of foil together and fold to create seal. Fold the other two sides to make a sealed packet.
Stack the foil packeted hobos in your crockpot after adding 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water to bottom of pot. Cook on HIGH for 6-7 hours. Be careful when removing the foil packets as they will be very hot! Transfer contents of the packets onto plates or unwrap and eat everything right out of the packet.
You can make these with anything you choose: onions, add cheese, beef stew meat, change your seasonings - use your imagination and do some experimenting!
